Spencer & Associates is thrilled to announce the first-ever winner of our Community Leaders Scholarship, Ms. Laila Flowers. A high school senior, Ms. Flowers will be attending Rice University this fall to pursue her bachelor’s degree. We are thrilled to provide financial assistance to this bright young student and cannot wait to see all she accomplishes.
